Technical support for all products is handled by the developers themselves. Please see the about page for links to their sites.

Missing Orders
The majority of orders will be processed manually. In most cases, you will likely receive your download information within an hour or two, but please allow up to 48 hours to receive your order. If you do not receive it:

1. Check your spam folder, just in case it was mistakenly routed to there.
   
   
2. In case you never received it (lost email, etc.) please contact the developer since all purchases are made directly with the developers, not the IDC site. You can find links to their sites in the product listings, as well as on the about page.

The administrators of the IDC site do not have access to any payment records (except for Ugo and whiteLABEL products). This site only provides links and information. It does not process any payments or track orders.
